Confidence in your skin

Having confidence takes time and really programming your mind to love you now. It is ok to love who you are while working toward a goal. Those goals can relate to yourself on a personal level like how you look, working on your mental health, hormone health and the goals could be external things. It can be so healthy to be working toward something, just remember it is a marathon and not a sprint. Work daily toward something you want and it will become such a habit that it is second nature.

If your goal is physical, it is about training your mind to love yourself. Look in the mirror and tell yourself what you love. It could be your hair, your eyes, your smile, how you are rocking an outfit or maybe that time at the gym is paying off. People will notice your confidence shift, and they will in turn compliment you. Do not and I repeat do not turn that compliment down or down play it.
